Terms and Conditions

BY COMMISSIONING ME, ALL CLIENTS AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE

The client is responsible for saving the files of any finished commission within one week after delivery. I might periodically clean my laptop, so I might not be able to retrieve it for you.

All commissioned artwork and outputs will be publicly posted and included in my portfolio unless an agreement, such as an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), is arranged beforehand. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please inform me before I begin working on it. Additional fees may apply for privacy agreements.
Proper credit must be given when using or displaying my artwork. The credit should be clearly visible and not hidden or difficult to find (e.g., in a caption, bio, or credits section). Removing, obscuring, or misattributing my work is not allowed.
Please do not use my art for AI training or mint it as NFTs under any circumstances.
All commissioned work will be posted on my portfolio and social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, VGen, ArtStation, etc.) and may also be streamed during the creation process (e.g., on Twitch or other platforms). If you would like the commission to remain private, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Additional fees may apply for privacy or NDA requests.

The client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact, and are solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.
